By registering an account, using RaceSniper, or purchasing any photo/video, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Use of the platform constitutes your legal agreement to comply with all rules stated herein.

• Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• RaceSniper reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false or misleading information.
• Passwords and account access are the sole responsibility of the user.

• All photos/videos uploaded by photographers (Hosts) remain their intellectual property.
• RaceSniper acts only as a platform to showcase, sell, and process transactions.
• Visitors are strictly prohibited from downloading, copying, or distributing any low-resolution or watermarked content without purchase.

• All prices are displayed clearly on the platform in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Payments must be made via official methods (FPX, eWallet, debit/credit card).
• Upon successful payment, users will receive HD photos/videos without watermark instantly.
• No refunds will be issued once a transaction is completed or files are downloaded.

By using this platform, you consent that RaceSniper may collect, store, and use your personal data for operational, communication, and marketing purposes. Facial recognition data is used only for photo searching and will never be shared with third parties.

• Hosts are fully responsible for the legality and ownership of the content they upload.
• Uploading illegal, sensitive, or external free content is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate ban.

RaceSniper is not liable for data loss or technical interruptions beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or features at any time without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed under the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Malaysian courts.
